Plans utilizing Payroll Integrations Inc. can have a compliance report downloaded within the Payroll Integrations website. While this is most frequently used for year-end testing purposes, a compliance report can be pulled at any time during the year. The compliance report will include full census, YTD hours, YTD comp, total contributions for each participant, and total employer contributions for each participant (if calculated through payroll).
To download a compliance report, MFA must be enabled (Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication)
If Payroll Integrations has not been processing payrolls for the entire year that the compliance report is needed, backfill will need to be completed before downloading the compliance report -- Running Backfill.
Please complete the following steps to download a compliance report:
- From the Payroll Integrations dashboard, navigate to the plan that you are needing a compliance report for by searching for their plan name or plan ID in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the plan to view the plan details.
- Under divisions, click the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
- Select 'Run Compliance Report' in the drop down.
- Select the date range you are needing the compliance report for.
- Click 'Run and Download'. The report will be available for you almost immediately.
- If a plan has multiple divisions, please complete steps 3-7 for each division individually.
