Running Compliance Reports

📄 Downloading a Compliance Report in Payroll Integrations

The Compliance Report feature allows you to download participant-level payroll data directly from the Payroll Integrations website. While most commonly used for year-end testing, this report can be generated at any time throughout the year.

The compliance report includes:

  • Full participant census

  • Year-to-date (YTD) hours

  • YTD compensation

  • Total participant contributions

  • Total employer contributions (if tracked via payroll)


🔐 Requirements Before You Begin

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) must be enabled to download reports.

  • If Payroll Integrations did not process payrolls for the full year, you must run a Backfill prior to generating the report.

📥 How to Download a Compliance Report

  1. Access the Plan

    • From the Payroll Integrations dashboard, search for the plan by name or Plan ID in the top-right corner.

    • Click on the plan to open its details.

  2. Select the Division

    • In the Divisions section, click the division name for which you'd like to run the report.

  3. Run the Report

    • Under the Actions menu on the right-hand side, click “Run Compliance Report.”

  4. Choose Date Range

    • Select the desired start and end dates for the report period.

  5. Download the Report

    • Click “Run and Download.”
      The report will be generated and available for download almost immediately.

🔁 Note: If the plan has multiple divisions, you will need to repeat Steps 2–5 for each division individually.
