Common Troubleshooting for ADP RUN
Below you will find helpful links to make sure your onboarding goes smoothly:
- Bump 1
- If you have access to multiple companies within the same login we will need to create an Alternate Administrator login to access the Marketplace. Please follow this LINK to the detailed steps.
- Bump 2
- If you access ADPRun through your accountant or another TPA you will need to contact them. They will need to grant your permission to access the ADP Marketplace.
- Bump 3
- If you login to your ADPRun homescreen and on the left column you dont see ADP Marketplace- you will not be able to purchase the application. There is a permissions issue.

- Bump 4
- If the Application in the marketplace shows "contact us" or "processing payment" the application isnt connected properly and we will need to complete a few extra steps.
