The below instructions will walk you through utilizing Payroll Integrations Inc.'s Point and Click Onboarding for Paylocity.
1. To begin the process, you will receive an invitation email. Please click on the link included in this email to proceed.
2. You can review the Terms and Conditions for Payroll Integrations. To proceed, please confirm your intention to use Payroll Integrations by clicking the "Connect" button and agreeing to these terms.
3. Verify your connection to your benefits provider on the next screen.
4. Search and select "Paylocity" in the list of available payroll providers.
5. Enter your Paylocity ID and click "Continue" to proceed.
6. Access the Paylocity Marketplace using the link provided. Once there, log into your Paylocity account and complete the PADE form for Payroll Integrations Inc.
7. Once completed, navigate back to the Payroll Integrations onboarding module and acknowledge that this has been completed. Click "Continue to proceed.
8. If you do not have any additional payroll accounts to link to your integration, simply click on "Complete Connection." However, if you wish to connect more payroll accounts, please select "Connect another payroll account."
Keep in mind that Payroll Integrations Inc. allows you to connect multiple payroll platforms. If you are using other payroll providers in addition to Paylocity, you can choose your preferred payroll platform during Step 4.
9. To complete the process, please set up your Payroll Integrations Inc. account by clicking on the "Register Account" button.
10. After you have finished setting up your account, Payroll Integrations will await confirmation that your submitted PADE form has been processed and that your account's API has been activated. This process may take up to one week. Once Payroll Integrations is notified of the API activation, the onboarding team will conduct a thorough review to verify that all steps have been completed correctly and that the connection is stable. If your benefits provider requires testing, Payroll Integrations will promptly run a test file for their evaluation shortly thereafter.
