The below instructions will walk you through utilizing Payroll Integrations Inc.'s Point and Click Onboarding for Paychex.
1. To begin the process, you will receive an invitation email. Please click on the link included in this email to proceed.
2. You can review the Terms and Conditions for Payroll Integrations. To proceed, please confirm your intention to use Payroll Integrations by clicking the "Connect" button and agreeing to these terms.
3. Verify your connection to your benefits provider on the next screen.
4. Choose "Paychex" from the list of available payroll providers.
5. Enter your 8-digit Paychex ID without any dashes then click "Continue"
6. Activate the integration by navigating to the "Integrated Apps" section within Paychex. The provided link will guide you to the appropriate location.
Please be aware that "Super Admin" permissions are required in Paychex to access the integrated apps.
7. Once you have enabled the integration, navigate back to Payroll Integrations onboarding module and acknowledge this has been completed. Click "Continue" to proceed.
8. If you do not have any additional payroll accounts to link to your integration, simply click on "Complete Connection." However, if you wish to connect more payroll accounts, please select "Connect another payroll account."
Keep in mind that Payroll Integrations Inc. allows you to connect multiple payroll platforms. If you are using other payroll providers in addition to Paychex, you can choose your preferred payroll platform during Step 4.
9. To complete the process, please set up your Payroll Integrations Inc. account by clicking on the "Register Account" button.
10. Once you have completed the setup, Payroll Integrations will initiate a review process to verify that all steps have been successfully executed and that the connection is stable. If your benefits provider requires testing, Payroll Integrations will conduct a test by submitting a test file for your provider's review shortly thereafter.
