The below instructions will walk you through utilizing Payroll Integrations Inc.'s Point and Click Onboarding for ADP WorkForce Now and ADP TotalSource
1. To begin the process, you will receive an invitation email. Please click on the link included in this email to proceed.
2. You can review the Terms and Conditions for Payroll Integrations. To proceed, please confirm your intention to use Payroll Integrations by clicking the "Connect" button and agreeing to these terms.
3. Verify your connection to your benefits provider on the next screen.
4. Choose "ADP WorkForce Now" from the list of available payroll providers.
Please note, ADP TotalSource will use the same application as ADP WorkForce Now.
5. To confirm your connection to the payroll platform, simply click the "Continue" button on the next screen.
6. Please copy your unique "Onboarding Code," then click on the link labeled "Click here to connect Payroll Integrations to ADP." This action will redirect you to the ADP Marketplace.
7. Complete the purchase of the Payroll Integrations Connector for WorkForce Now by following the on-screen instructions provided in the ADP Marketplace.
8. After you have successfully completed the purchase, return to the onboarding module and confirm that the purchase is finalized. Then, click the "Continue" button to proceed.
9. Click on the link that says "Visit ADP Consent Manager" to proceed.
10. After the Client Authorization form has been successfully accepted, return to the Payroll Integrations onboarding module. Confirm that you have completed this step, then click the "Continue" button to proceed.
11. If you do not have any additional payroll accounts to link to your integration, simply click on "Complete Connection." However, if you wish to connect more payroll accounts, please select "Connect another payroll account."
Keep in mind that Payroll Integrations Inc. allows you to connect multiple payroll platforms. If you are using other payroll providers in addition to ADP WorkForce Now and/or ADP TotalSource, you can choose your preferred payroll platform during Step 4.
12. To complete the process, please set up your Payroll Integrations Inc. account by clicking on the "Register Account" button.
13. Once you have completed the setup, Payroll Integrations will initiate a review process to verify that all steps have been successfully executed and that the connection is stable. If your benefits provider requires testing, Payroll Integrations will conduct a test by submitting a test file for your provider's review shortly thereafter.
