π Dashboard Overview
Upon logging into the Payroll Integrations portal, Recordkeeper Admins land on the dashboard displaying all plans on the platform. Each plan entry includes:

Plan Name
-
Company/Plan ID
-
Activation Date
-
Status
Admins can also access the following global tabs in the upper-left corner:

Divisions β View all divisions across plans
-
Payroll Activity β Monitor recent payroll file activity
-
Deduction Updates β View 360 sync data from recordkeepers to payroll systems
Note: Individual jobs can be drilled into by clicking the Job ID Number

π Navigating Individual Plans
To access a specific plan:

Use the search bar at the top-right of the dashboard to search by plan name or company/plan ID.

Click the plan name to open its dedicated plan view.
Plan-level tabs include:

Divisions β Overview of the plan's divisions

Payroll Activity β View, download, or rerun payroll files sent to the recordkeeper

Deduction Updates β Review and download 360 file activity
Note: Individual jobs can be drilled into by clicking the Job ID Number -
Settings β Update plan-level info like Plan Name or ID

To explore an individual division:

Click the division name on the Divisions tab.
Youβll see several tabs for managing division-level data:

Dashboard β Quick view of division activity and status.
Within the dashboard, you can also:-
Toggle Test Mode ON/OFF

Run Payroll β See Run Payroll Guide

Sync Deferral Rates β See Sync Deferral Rates Guide

Payroll Activity β Download or rerun payroll files as needed.

Payroll Mappings β View and update deduction and earnings codes.

Eligibility β Manage employee eligibility. Based on the recordkeeper, employees may be excluded from files or flagged with an eligibility indicator.
