Navigating the Payroll Integrations Portal as a Recordkeeper Admin

🏠 Dashboard Overview
Upon logging into the Payroll Integrations portal, Recordkeeper Admins land on the dashboard displaying all plans on the platform. Each plan entry includes:

Plan Name
-
Company/Plan ID
-
Activation Date
-
Status
Admins can also access the following global tabs in the upper-left corner:
-
Divisions – View all divisions across plans
-
Payroll Activity – Monitor recent payroll file activity
-
Deduction Updates – View 360 sync data from recordkeepers to payroll systems
Note: Individual jobs can be drilled into by clicking the Job ID Number

Just click the “Invite Plan Sponsor” button in the top-right corner of the dashboard — it’s a fast, hassle-free way to kick off the onboarding process!

🔍 Navigating Individual Plans
To access a specific plan:

Use the search bar at the top-right of the dashboard to search by plan name or company/plan ID.

Click the plan name to open its dedicated plan view.
Plan-level tabs include:
-
Divisions – Overview of the plan's divisions
-
Payroll Activity – View, download, or rerun payroll files sent to the recordkeeper
-
Deduction Updates – Review and download 360 file activity
Note: Individual jobs can be drilled into by clicking the Job ID Number -
Settings – Update plan-level info like Plan Name or ID
Plan-level features include:
✅ Turn Test Mode ON/OFF
✅ Approve Divisions
✅ Run Payroll – See Run Payroll Guide
✅ Run Backfill – See Running Backfill Guide
Note: To return to the dashboard at any time, click the logo in the top-left corner.
🧩 Navigating Divisions Within a Plan
To explore an individual division:

Click the division name on the Divisions tab.
You’ll see several tabs for managing division-level data:

Dashboard – Quick view of division activity and status.
Within the dashboard, you can also:-
Toggle Test Mode ON/OFF

Toggle Active Status ON/OFF

Run Payroll – See Run Payroll Guide

Run Backfill – See Running Backfill Guide

Run Compliance Report – See Running Compliance Reports Guide

Sync Deferral Rates – See Sync Deferral Rates Guide

Payroll Activity – Download or rerun payroll files as needed.

Payroll Mappings – View and update deduction and earnings codes.

Loan Mappings – Review or update loan data pulled in from payroll – See Loan Mapping Guide

Eligibility – Manage employee eligibility. Based on the recordkeeper, employees may be excluded from files or flagged with an eligibility indicator.

Settings – Edit payroll frequency, contact info, or activation date – See Updating Plan and Division Settings Guide
Note: To return to the main plan view, click “Back to Plan Sponsor Dashboard” in the upper-left corner.
