      How to Disconnect Payroll Integrations from the ADP Marketplace - ADP Workforce Now and ADP Total Source

      If you decide to no longer use Payroll Integrations services, you can cancel any time by completing the following. The following steps will need to be completed for billing to stop. 

       

      To disconnect the app follow these instructions:

      1. Log into the ADP Marketplace using your ADP log in credentials 
      2. Click 'Manage App'
      3. Click the gear button on the manage page.
      4. Click 'Cancel Subscription'
      5. Confirm cancellation date or "cancel immediately".
