TransAmerica Integration Request

Follow the steps below to kick off your 401(k) payroll integration. This should only take a few minutes — and our team is here to help every step of the way.

You cannot use automated approval if you are in a MEP or fund from multiple bank accounts

1. Complete the Paystart Agreement


Download and complete the Paystart Agreement from TransAmerica. It will open directly — no need to contact your rep to get a copy.

2. Email the completed form to TransAmerica

Send the following integration request email to TransAmerica with your Payroll Integration Form attached.

Email Template  - Copy the template below. The vendor details are already filled in — just replace everything in [brackets] with the pertinent information and attach the form.

To:  [TransAmerica Rep]

Subject: [Plan Number] [Plan Name] — Payroll Integrations, Inc.

Dear [Rep Name]

[Company Name] would like to set up 360 integration with Payroll Integrations, Inc. Please see the attached Paystart agreement and send required information to Payroll Integrations, Inc.  The information you need for the request:


Payroll vendor: Payroll Integrations Inc.
